Meditation Home Class / Workshop
Learn to quite your inner-self, find relaxation, relieve stress and anxiety, bring purpose and direction into your life through the simple practice of Meditation. In this class you will learn the basic steps and methods one can use to integrate this ancient practice into your life for ten or more minutes per day. The rewards can be life changing for anyone who dedicates themselves to a daily or simi-daily practice of a few minutes of going within.
A short guided meditation and other short meditations will be given in the workshop. You will receive written materials and exercises which you can use to practice and help you to progress on your own and to develop a method that works best for you.
